Horrace runs the souvenir stand outside the Corley Motors Smash-A-Torium. Malcolm Corley set up the stand to keep Horrace away from him. He has bad teeth and spits while talking. He always drinks from a souvenir hat something that keeps him high. He is easily distracted and Ben easily stole a mechanical bunny just by asking him if the t-shirts are real cotton. Later he lured him away with a remote controlled derby car in order to steal the 12 pack of bunnies. Some of his quotes are:
